1st School Leadership Forum
Description:
T4edu sought to hold a successful forum through utilizing a variety of mechanisms and attracting, in coordination with the Ministry of
Education, highly qualified specialists in the field of conference management and organization. In addition, the forum was able to meet
the event’s top objectives and attract prestigious participants specialized in education development. The conference preparations
included activities that were implemented before, during and after the event.
Forum Goals
• Professionalizing school leadership in accordance with the approved school leadership standards
• Enhancing school leadership performance to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of school leaders as change champions
for Professional Learning Communities
• Enabling education leaders to acquire the necessary skills and experience to enable them to adapt to local and global changes.
• Keeping abreast of the accelerating development in educational literature and utilizing international experience and expertise
in the leadership field
• Achieving the principle of sustainable professional development in the area of training school leaders
