Professional Development for School Leaders

Description:
The project aims to develop and train school leaders to enable them to do their roles efficiently and effectively in line with school leadership
accredited professional standards. It includes the themes of leadership, planning, professional development, educational processes and
community partnership. This is to qualify them for the Future School Model, where the project will be implemented in two phases. First:
School Leadership Practitioner. Second: School Leadership Professional.

(30,000) education professionals will benefit from the implementation of the Professional Development Program for School Leaders.
The professional development program will incorporate face-to-face training, professional development tasks and self-study activities.

Accomplishments in 2015
• Trained (2125) principals in (85) groups on the first training phase; School Leadership Practitioner
