Development of Professional Ranks and Standards for Teachers and School Leaders
Description:
It is an integrated professional system for educational incumbents. It supports the professionalization of educators and enhances the
performance of teachers as it sustains change within an effective and fair system for evaluation and promotion. It also includes systems for
licensing, incentives and accountability in addition to a professional development system based on standards.
The project will be implemented through two sub-projects:
• A project for conducting an analytical study for the financial and human resources requirements of the new career path system
• A project for professionalizing the teaching profession
