Description:
Improvement of the corporate information technology processes to align with current and future corporate needs in line with the
Corporate Operational Plan.
Accomplishments in 2015
• Created work procedures and manuals to manage and operate call centers
• Operated and maintained the data center
• Provided technical support services to the e-learning users
• Updated the data center network
• Upgraded the security protection of the data center and the network
• Monitored all systems, servers, network and security devices via an internally developed system
• Expanded servers to cope with growth in addition to hosting all portals, services, and digital contents provided by T4edu
• Documented the information technology processes
• Installed and operated the network phone (IP phone)
