Quality Management System Capacity Improvement

Description:
Improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) at Tatweer Company for Educational Services and enhancement of internal
capacity. This has been achieved through verification and follow-up using the QMS and the roles assigned to the work teams and
defining our clients‘ needs up to the submission of deliverables and products in alignment with ISO 9001:2008.
Accomplishments in 2015
• Implemented the work policies and procedures and the organizational framework
• Approved the framework for the Corporate Quality Management System
• Trained the process analysts team and quality representatives
• Prepared quality records
