Development of Human Capacity

Description:
An integrated training plan was prepared to meet the needs of all Tatweer Company for Educational Services employees. The plan
was prepared in collaboration with a training consultancy firm (LEORON) that conducted a training needs analysis. The proposed
plan was adapted to conduct in-house training programs rather than outsourcing, therefore reducing costs.

Accomplishments in 2015
The Administrative Affairs and Human Resources Department conducted (16) training courses in the fields of Project Management,
Strategic Planning, Defining Measurement Objectives, and Key Performance Indicators ( KPIs), Customer Service , Microsoft Office
2013 and Microsoft Dynamics AX.
