Teacher Professional Development
Description:
This project aims to build a system for professional development to prepare (110,000) teachers and provide them with hands-
on experience and best international practices in education in order to enhance their performance level in line with accredited
professional standards and bridge the gap between theory and practice.
The project includes a variety of products that were designed in light of the philosophy of blended learning, which provides a set
of packages such as the operational guides, training toolkits, e-training and practical site applications. It also offers support to train
master trainers (males/females) to conduct face-to-face and electronic training courses across all the educational departments.
