The National Center for Professional Development

Description:
The Ministry of Civil Affairs has approved the organizational structure of the National Center for Professional Development which aims to
accredit training programs for the Ministry of Education. In addition, it will define the training needs and develop an executive plan for the
Ministry for the forthcoming (34-) years. It seeks to develop the human resources requirements plan as well as enhancing the capacity to provide
educational and professional services of such centers at the Directorates of Education based on international standards. This is being achieved
through rehabilitation of the physical and organizational environment of the Professional Development Training Centers and developing the
internal professional capacity of their cadres. It also includes the improvement of the Centers‘ technical capacity to ensure the facilitation of
financial and administrative procedures and enhance the effectiveness of internal and external communication processes while developing
the Centers‘ capacity to create professional development programs and manage their operations.
