STEM EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT

DESCRIPTION:

This program aims to improve the student’s’ performance in STEM through various strategies such as:

• Providing professional development for teachers and supervisors on how to use technology in teaching
and learning and on how to apply effective teaching and assessment strategies in the classroom. These doing
projects, problem solving, questioning and investigation, conducting surveys, proving assumptions, explora-
tion, and so on.
• Enhancing the learning environment through providing schools with science and educational technology
tools, creating a stimulating milieu for learning, and encouraging innovation and participation in competi-
tions locally and internationally.
