EVALUATION OF PROJECTS AND PROGRAMS

DESCRIPTION:

As part of quality assurance activities performed to improve the processes of implementation, T4EDU
regularly evaluates its projects and programs to make sure that the set goals and objectives are achieved
with the desired outcomes. Evaluation also helps in addressing challenges that might affect performance
and quality. T4EDU conducted a study to measure expenditure on evaluation, in order to determine the
added value of projects compared to costs. The results showed that 9% of the budget is allocated for evalu-
ation and quality assurance. T4EDU also plans to use different tools to measure customer satisfaction as
part of quality assurance and evaluation.
