Computer and Information
Technology Instruction Development
A program that has designed the Computer and Information Technology
curriculum and developed national curriculum standards. Additionally, the
program up-skills computer and information technology supervisors.
Preparation and design of 4 training toolkits to train trainers and teachers to teach computer
and information technology curriculum for grades 8 and 9
Conducted 14 training courses that trained 20 master trainers (280 supervisors) on how to
effectively implement and teach grades 8 and 9 computer and information technology syllabuses.
-In collaboration with the Ministry of Education 7500 computer teachers were trained on how
to teach the grades 8 and 9 syllabuses
More than 3,000,000 students have benefited from the new information technology curriculum.
