Professional Development
A program that includes ongoing, comprehensive and organized
procedures that improve educational performance through engaging
target groups in a range of activities tailored to their professional
development needs. The program addresses knowledge, skills and
positive attitudes required for the teaching profession. Professional
development processes are implemented in this program by using
a variety of products and approaches that align with the latest
technology and methodology. This ensures meeting the professional
development needs of the teachers and educational leaders.
