Message from the CEO

Tatweer Company for Educational Services (T4EDU) is proud to be responsible for the implementation of projects and programs of the Saudi National Strategy for
Public Education Development that was developed by King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Project for the Development of Public Education (Tatweer).

Based on this strategic plan, T4EDU collaborates with the Ministry of Education (MoE) to achieve the vision of the great leaders of education in Saudi Arabia, fulfill-
ing the dreams and aspirations of the society and its institutions, and reflecting the status of the country and its presence worldwide.

This vision calls for investment in human capital through enhanced quality education. This vision also fosters investment in future generation, in order for them to
build an educated and knowledgeable society.

T4EDU was established on May 18, 2012 as a subsidiary of Tatweer Holding Company (THC), a government owned company. T4EDU took the initiative to develop

its policies and strategies that position it as a leading company in the field of educational development in Saudi Arabia. T4EDU has the capability to provide innova-
tive solutions that enable students to learn and succeed, meeting the demands of the 21st century.

All combined efforts to develop education in Saudi Arabia will reach out to 5 million students, over 600,000 teachers, and more than 33,000 schools in different parts
of the country. Educational reform has also covered developing new curricula, improving the school environment, enhancing the learning process at school, and
restructuring the educational system. We will work at T4EDU—with Allah’s help—to complete the implementation of all projects and programs set forth by the Saudi
National Strategy for Public Education Development, which will be positively reflected on achieving tangible results in the near future, Allah-willing. This will be
clearly seen by the citizens of this great country.

I would like to praise the leading and supportive role of the Ministry of Education (MoE) at different levels as a strategic partner that has contributed to the successful
planning and implantation of the projects and programs of the educational development strategy.
In conclusion, I would like to thank Dr. Ali Al-Hakami, the previous CEO of T4EDU for his tangible contributions in establishing the company and starting its
projects and programs.

May Allah protect our great country and protect our visionary leaders. May our country continue to develop and prosper. May Allah help us succeed in developing
education in our country.
